The brown is not really rust, just another type of metal that could withstand the heat and impact. I wanted to give a somewhat darker copper feel to it, it also has no paint coating.
the blue is coating however.
i agree that it looks a bit pale at some places, but somehow my screens cant capture the right angles to get the real detail. when you move around looking at it, you see it shine nice at the right places. It has a bump, but its so huge that you cant really tell.
I might try and add a noise layer on it but i just hope it wont ruin the feel since its not really rust.
