Hmm the wood seems to have a leathery effect going on.

the plate needs to be rounded a little more. Or the texture needs to spread to the edges so you can't see the extra white around it. This makes the octagon shape stand out to much.

Looks like a good start, a few major things that really stand out to me though:

- like wolfordsworks said, the plate could do with more roundness
- the normal map on the banana is way to much
- there is an obvious seam on the coffee mug in the second shot down and it could really do with being all green rather than white on the inside as the transition highlights the edges to much
- The table textures seam un balanced, high res on the top, but blurry on the legs
- the cloth has some really obvious texture stretching, as if you modelled it flat and then grabbed verts and pulled them down over the edge of the table - try re-uv ing that part.

I hope you see that i've written these points to help you improve and not just to point out flaws for the sake of it, it's good subject matter and if you make the few adjustments people suggest it could really improve after just an hour or so of work.
