Great work man, My only complaint is the boots. I am not sure what it is, but it just doesn't match the character, atleast to me.

i personally think its a great effort. i don't know why people are complaining about socks, boots or whatever. its the creators concept. looks original very interesting to me. if they were rabbit slippers then i'd complain.

and yes i'd like to know the size and what textures were created.

Man, somehow I missed this thread.

He's looking really awesome. Very cool stylisation and character. Love his coat and arm armour.

My only comment is that he could maybe use a splash of colour somewhere - just a wee touch. Small markings on his suit or rank flash/affiliation badge or even just a cloth tourniquet or bandage.

I love it! This is one awesomely designed and executed model and the render looks beautiful. I have the same D'artiste book that you do and seriously, your work would stand up in this book against the other artists. This guy definitely looks like he has a story to tell and could easily stand up as a main character or protagonist in a AAA game title.

I'm not a game artist but I think the comments made on this character are the things that are unique to this character. Perfect or not.

Right down to the steady semi pensive stance I think this is one of the most convincing and integral characters I've seen. I wouldn't even like to diminish his character by suggesting a real life actor to play him in a film, if you could think of one.

I too would love to see any drawings or studies you went through to create him.

I didn´t check this thread for a couple of days and now it got a lot of coments.
Thank you very much for everyone. That´s a lot of good critics here.
I didn´t make a full concept art, just a bunch of sketches that only I could possibly understand it

I based on some other artists drawings, Alessandro Baldasseroni´s model for Hell Gate London and Bruce Willis ( I thought his face could fit well in this character).
