In C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2010 I have only 2 .ini: InstallSetting.ini & plugins.ini,all two are writable & I have all update for vista installed

Should put the caution stripes on overlay in PS so they blend in better with the texture, it just looks laid on top at the moment and almost floating

I agree, it looks good but you could try and integrate the hazard strips a bit more, maybe desaturating it and lightening the black so it's not so dark. Maybe make the edges just a tiiiiiiiiiny bit uneven, just a pixel or two, not more.

I can correct the stripes tomorrow,in the main time another screen,now with real time shadows =)
the last thing is to force the AA
