Yeah. It is the problem with matching low and hi-poly. I need to match them properly. Will be doing it tonight. Also there is a bit of pinching at the rear exhaust tip. I haven't touched the normal map yet. Lot of work to be done....finding it tight squeeze between schedules....but i will finish it....!!!!

Finished UV-ing and managed to bake occlusion. Used Xoliul's 3DS Max Viewport Shader and here is a quick WIP.

Thank you urgaffel. Here is the UV screenshot. Any C&C welcome before I start texturing.

If you can get away with it, straighten up the uvs as much as you can. You have a lot of straight strips above and to the left of the turbine blades, depending on the model you might get cleaner results if you straighten them. Easier to draw straight lines, for example seams etc. That's just a minor thing though, it's looking good to me. One thing though, usually you want to leave a gap of a few pixels between eaach uv island unless they are very similar since at lower resolutions you can get texture bleeding but it might not be that important in this case.

I am starting texturing because of lack of time. Will take the spacing into consideration in my next project. Thanks for the C&C. Another update.
