not sure how the normals are gonna turn out on the chains but we'll see. couldnt get another ball on without breaking the limit or being unhappy with the overall details. crit away!

Looks nice. How is the metal head (with the ring to attach the chain to the handle) connected to the wooden part? If there are nails of sorts, maybe you could add them to the normal map?

Shesh, I'm a bit slow here, I looked at the right verison, the highpoly one, thinking "Heck?! That surely can't be 250 tris.." And well, then I noticed the right one, well.. a bit more edgy that one, ye.. anyways, enough about me.

It's looking good, a bit edgy with the metal head circle thingy, which keeps the chain attached to the stick, but.. there's a low limit afterall, so guess it's okey

Then, there's the planes, which will be chains eventually, I think you can make em look pretty good with a nice normal-map really, there shouldn't be much of a problem there, or well.. says me who ain't that good at, nor have much experience in texturing at all, however, I think you'll do great!
