I thought of making one myself at first, yet since I'm not an expert once it comes to textures, I don't think It would end up that nicely. I'm curious about how well you'll pull it off. I'll stay tuned

Man, that poly limit really does get to you. I took a shot at it and made this with 250 tris. It needs readjusting but I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this concept/ I've been thinking about what micster said and it seems like a really good idea.
On another note- I asked this already but, would deleting the polys on the bottom (where it touches the groud) be a problem? If not then I could probably amp this up quite a bit. Also- I'm assuming transparency is allowed? ![]() Last edited by OrganizedChaos; 06-02-2007 at 03:23 AM. Reason: stupid me needing sleep getting my positives and negatives wrong |

I've edited your pic to show verts you can remove (they're redundant) These will save you a few tris.
![]() Or you could just make each part of the frame one box, and not connect any of it, which will save you even more tris. |

I got to say that looks impressive. Can't wait to see it textured!
