Not bad, the UVs could use a LOT of stiching and overlapping to save space and get rid of the seams.

Ya, I hit flatten mapping to be honest, haven't quite learned how to make good UVs yet, so any tips/tutorials are helpful

NeoShroomish is right... I don't know any good tuts for that... but this gives me a good idea for a new spotlight... I see a lot of people here that don't know how to UV/optimize UVs.
Anyway... another comment that I have would be about the use of triangles. You still have 20 left and the question mark could be rounder. There are two question marks in the texture and I can't tell if you have one on the other side of the model or the question mark has sides on the inside. If so, you should delete them and use them to round the question mark even more. You have 200 tris, use them all. The concept is cool... arcade like.... makes me think of games like Super Mario and Serious Sam. Nice work. Work a little more on the texture and it will look great.

There are two questionmarks, one on each side.. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try and make the questionmark rounder

Her har du en tutorial som kan hjelpe deg veldig mye, husk TechSmith codec (eller noe slikt)
http://www.st0lve.net/files/ank-uv-video.zip

Idea is cool, but the skin looks kinda, um.. Mixed? Like I can't decide if it's a cartooney or a realistic texture. Try to define the style more (and read more tutorials, you know they help )
