Ok here is the model...texture to be made!



I was thinking about a more sci-fi ish crate...
And I guess this will be my first normal mapped model

The part from the top is an opening mechanism? It would be cool to have something in the shape of a palm/hand... and to open it be placing your hand in there... This is what I thought of when I saw the model

heres what im working on right now...i thikn this would be more fittin in a horror kind of FPS

oh btw i used Requims wood action(go nooby me!) with allot of changes...maybe not allot but i did fiddle with it

I dunno anything bout guns...I just used the first decent AK pic I could find.

Nevermind...I didnt knew the english term of that symbol....anyways got any suggestions of what weapon to use?

a kar98k or an mp40? maybe an mp44, as it has the same general shape as the ak, however it also has lots of detail that would be lost on the engraving bit...although i suppose the shape would be fine.

Thanx for findin' those guns. I did a quick google search and found the mp41, I think ill go with that since -out of the three you posted i would go for the mp44- the mp44 looks too much like an AK imo.
