Sweet concept. I think you can make a better use of the texture space. Since you have that hole on all faces and only the "background" is different you can make 4 different faces for this and make 2 look the same. You won't notice it... I don't think anybody can notice it with that pattern. This way I'm sure you will win a lot of resolution to make that blood stains a lot cooler.

Sure, here is what I mean. If you make only 4 sides of the crate in the texture and reuse them for the other 2 face that are left without you get x4 times texture space. This is a lot, and it won't be noticeable that you're using the same texture again on two faces... especially if they are on opposite sides.

It doesn't matter if the edges are beveled. You can go around it and make it work. Four of them have beveled edges... you can make just 2 on the texture and UV the other 2 over them.
