Hmm..Looks good...I think you can still reduce the polycount from the monster body.
So this monster has 3 eyes or something...!!
there is one idea..you can make it look like tree and extrude out few more polygons to make the claws which will be the branches of it...A tree monster who resides deep inside the forest...!!
So what do you think.!!

thanks for the suggestion sir... have thought of making it as a tree coming out of the main wall and door of a house it has haunted... inspired from monster house- the movie.... still confused if it would look good enough

Coming out of a house would be cool, next to a door or something. So the player would have to defeat him before moving on into the house.

hey, thats looking crazy, rampaging monsters rule! Could be difficult to get it to look right
with him in the house like that, how about having him carousing on the front lawn with the
house and garage in the background?
