Competition #16 - Seanasaurus
I'm new to the community here, so please be gentle with me. I really like the low poly art style (the lower the better in my opinion) and I used to do a lot of modeling. I thought I'd give this competition a try to see if I can produce anything anymore and to strengthen my texturing skills, which you'll see soon aren't the best in the world.
My concept for this guy is sort of like a mutated zombie thing that's run amok in a city. The boss fight takes place in a back alley of a city. ![]() |

Started work on this guy this morning, still working out the kinks from not having modeled in a while. Any suggestions/critique is welcome!
edit: The arms at this point are there for blocking out the character. I'm not the best at anatomy (another reason to give this comp a try) so any help with how to make them look better/improve workflow would be very helpful wip1.jpgwip2.jpg Last edited by Seanasaurus; 24-11-2008 at 11:12 AM. |

Haha. Nice legs! :P
This is looking cool so far, tbh. I like the top down scene plan you have, too. Can't wait to see that in 3d ![]() Keep going, dude!
