I'm really liking the tanks/helicopters etc. but I don't think you've got the proportions of godzila himself quite right. for example in you pic from the head to the bottom of the torso is shorter than the distance from the bottom of the torso down. Another thing that stands out is that the head is about 1/3 of the size of the body wich I don't remember it being.

2 thumbs up on the tanks and helicopters though, very cool.

Thanks. The skyscrapers I would like to change, but sadly I have very little time to do this. But thanks for pointing it out

Swift3D:
Yea, the proportions are a bit off. I do admit that. It cirtanly dosnt match my drawnings. The back part of the jaw dosnt match by a long shot for example. I ended up going for a more t-rex/dinosaur'ish body as you can see. Again, there are several things I'd like to change still, like the monster texture and such. But with the limited time I have left I'd rather work on the pose and building placement.

Thanks for the feedback guys

This will probably be my last WIP shots before I post my final entry.
Still rigging it, so there are a few issues here, but this is sort of the pose I'm thinking of.
Seems like I'll have to make teeth in the lower jaw too + spend a little time on finishing the inside of the mouth up. Will probably also add more back fins (or whatever they are called). (teeth and back fins still need alpha map and final texture, I know..)

Woah man!!! I nearly fucked this up... For some reason I've always though the competition ended the 9th (dunno why).. so because everyone was sending in their submission I decided to look at the rules and specs..

Anyways, here is my final piece:
