Competition #15 - martini

Hello, this is my first post here.
I saw this competition only 3 days ago, registered 2 days ago and received the activation link just now .
So i am making a WIP thread now, although i have already done most of the modeling and texturing past 2 days.

So the main idea of the scene: old, soviet style bathroom, as i remember in childhood my grandparents had in their old apartments.

Modeling and presentation - Blender/Blender game engine

here is only a room:

more very soon

the shower curtain is made as softbody, as one Blender game engine new features.

detailed pipe system and baked ambient occlusion:

scene running in real-time, curtain as soft body.

scene overview:

ill add some stains on floor and i guess it is finished

Edit:
Deleted the ceiling

Really neat scene, or well, the scene itself might perhaps not be that mindblowing, althought the quality of the textures are really nice

Cheers!

o wow i saw this over on blenderartists, i didn't know it was for the comp.
Really impressive how everything worked in the game engine, with the softbodies and all. Well done.

much of the beauty of this entry is the fact that the enviornment is fully interactive, you can walk around in it and interact with the softbody curtain as well as throw around soft rubber duckies

I'm not quite sure why the author hasn't posted an .exe file as the interactivity is key to this entry. but as I understand the competition is already over =( congrats to winners!
