Does the insect have to be an organic living creature? Or can we make robots or mechs that are shaped like insects?

Yes you can. Say you want to make a steampunk hornet, then that is allowed.

im defo gonna lookinto steampunk. i think the shapes of insects lend themselves well to it. good luck all yeh ztrooper man i aimto reedeem my shocking performance. lucky for me this ones a little more my style.

Is it allowed to do humanoids? My entry is based on a real instect species: ladybug. But its humanoid..

I answered this in your wip thread too, this is just for everybody else with the same question. It is not enought to have a humanoid that resembles an insect. We're really after insect models.

For those of you who remember BOB, the character GlynnSmith did a while back. Creatures/characters like that are not allowed.
