Competition #13 - Daelon

Hi! I've been thinking about space designs and this is the result... Some concepts... very early, but I believe some of that can be useful...

I like Nautika design, but im not sure how to depurate it... I have to study the volume of the ship.

The middle right one is really nice as a mothership and then the small top left one is good as the sister ship, really neat job

the orion II mothership is real nice as a concept it has alot more defined lines and real nice shapes, i`d say it has alot of potential... as for the nautika 07 it has nice shapes too but the concept is a bit chaotic not very well drawn and it gives u a sense of not very clear image when u try to imagine as a 3d model.. but i gotta say theres some nice concepts there

hey thnks for the comment, really I think you're right. Orion its easy to imagine as a volume, but Nautika.. Im thinking about that, I believe Nautika is more original, but the idea, as you say, its no clear...

The Nautika definitely has the more interesting shapes, you should take that one and sketch a bit more, try to develop it a bit more, give it more detail.

i like the nautika also..it has a big bad mothership feel to it and already with the concept you have, it seems like it would be absolutely massive

I'd definitly say develop the Nautika some more. Unlike the orion, the Nautika doesn't really give a clear idea of what the other angles would look like. It does have some potential for some interesting shapes, even though they are fairly vague in the concept.

Personally I'd rethink the front a bit. I kind of like the lighter lines that you have on the front...the straighter ones.

My second choice would be for the Orion, as its a solid design. I'd say the Nautika has more potential to be unique though.
