pics first ,then talk well I tried making the best of it as I could, was in bed on my back with the paper above me.. + I suck at drawing this is ugly and I hope some of you can see what I see in it.

I'm in love with robin hood ( rope, browns, wood , sticks and whatnot. ) but since the comp. started I'm thinking of ways to put the 2 together, but HOW!? haha it's impossible!

So I came up with a mothership tranporting inmates, so it's a prison ship.. the inmates are in the tubes , which can be loaded into the ship , and transported ,and then be set on a Main prison base.. so the tubes are nearly buildings by themselfs.

hope I can post new concepts tomorrow, and don't mind the net ( rope )

The concepts are basic stuff indeed, but that's alright. the idea is to make you think about it before you start modeling, which you did.

Dude, this immediately reminded me of the human power generator farm thingies in The Matrix.

I think you have a solid concept (idea), but yeah, the drawing doesn't do it justice. I can kinda see what you're going for with the perspective drawing. I like the direction you're going, just need to develop it some more.

Sometimes when I want to draw stuff but don't feel like I can (which is all the time, actually), I'll make a really primitive 3d mockup of it, just to get all the basic shapes there. Then I'll take that into photoshop (or you could even print it out) and just draw on top of it. This can also help with "blank paper block" (blank pad of paper, and you feel reluctant to start drawing...maybe only I do that).

Keep on, I really do like the jail ship concept.
