Thanks BloodRobot, and yeah I agree with the ground, I was first thinking of adding rain or something but I won't have the time, but I think I'll have the time to change the ground to just a simple gray or something and maybe a bit brighter bg color.

Imo you should now focus on the model rather than the environment. The wires don't seem ok. You could add more details - alpha maps - normal maps - to bring out the cable look. The yellow box also needs attention.
I would rather suggest not to add rain / fog. These might take off visibility in the final display. Just add a starred sky in the background, merging into pitch black at ground level. The lighting in your previous render seems okay, mind the reflection on ground. The ground could be more rugged and dirty. Another idea is to make a pool of water on the ground and let the post reflect in it. crazy? heh heh heh...
