I would definitly finish the modeling before starting the texture. Maybe you can save tris, and add extra stuff...
As for the texture, it looks like a good start, but, I think "Reusing textures space" will be the punch line here. You have 5 structures on the roof that are almost identical. It looks like you unwrapped them all. But it think that 1, maybe 2 would do the trick. With some smart mirroring you can make em look "random", and save alot of texture space... |
