Hey guys, here's another new member brave enough to enter the competition...

The idea behind this creation was to build a magical particle accellerator that has a hand made, slightly crooked look.

The following picture is the resulting low poly model with 1498 tris, please let me know if you got any suggestions for improvement.
I started unwrapping the whole thing and I'm going to start the high poly model later today.

Unfortunately the computer I'm working on doesn't have internet access
so the next update is gonna follow in 2 or 3 days.

Thats a great model dude. The blend between fantasy and science is great.
The crates seem a bit out of place to me. Not sure what you could replace it with, or just use the polies elsewhere.

I know, the crates bother me as well but something needs to be around that spot or the whole thing gets out of balance. Haven't had any good idea so far what to replace them with. If anyone can think of something, please let me know...

What will the building be used for? I guess that would determine what objects you have sitting on/around it. You could model some particles but they might not show up too well :P
