Thanks everyone for the nice comments. And thank you a lot for the crits
I did originally model a "spine" and intended to add one later aswell. Seems that I forgot about it though, so thank you for reminding me.

I did however not think about the other crits stated. So I will definetly look into those.

I'll also fix the alpha for the drit-patch as it gves away its rectangular shape at the moment. Also, I'll make sure to turn the water in the bucket into a bit more blue colour. Thought one would go for the a bit more realistic white-green'ish colour. Yet seems it turnd out to look as if it were filled with ash.

I'm not sure if it'll show up and notify people when a post has been edited. So sorry, but therefore I'll double-post here. Trying to get as much crits as possible before running out of time.

Heh, just my own though. Turn down the saturation and make it blue.. I were taking the "theme-colour" which are usually quite obviousin most RTS games in consideration. However I'm sure to sheck that out before submitting it of course. I'm going to go forth and back stwitching colours to see which fits in the best.

I love almost everything on this entry. The roof still needs work. It's a little improved now but not good enough. It's a big part of the model, it needs to look a lot better. Another thing that I noticed you didn't change is the area where the chimney intersects with the roof, Alchemist101 mentioned it. Somehow a burn doesn't work right, you need to add detail there that will make it believable.

Any shots of the back of the house? The texture work really is great though. I'd possibly lighten up the windows a bit to make it clear they're being illuminated from within as well.

that sure is looking pretty good tiros; it's some pretty solid work. i do agree with andrei313 and alchemist101 about where your chimney is intersecting with the roof. maybe try a smaller diameter brush for the burn to keep it closer to the chimney. other than that, everything looks great! i really like the smoldering coals in your fire pit, looks pretty cool

Ah, I understand now that you mean with the intersection with the roof.. the red roof-part. Well.. I'm adraid I couldn't adjust the roof-texture to fix that, as the same result will show up o the opposite side. But 'll try to figure something out.

Also, i'm not quite sure what to do about the roof.. but I'll try to fix a new one, if it doesn' turn out well.. then I guess I'll just have to keep working on it, and if nothing works it'll reain like this.

I'll get some shots from different angles as I post next update :

Well, personally I think t looksa lot worse.. what about you guys? Any suggestions on what kind of roof one should use? Gettig a bit frustrated from that it never turns out that very well.. so think I'm going to take a short break before having a look at it again.

Will get to the roof-intersection later.. Now I need a coffe

I think the first roof fits the style and design of the house better than the newer one - The second doesn't quite work for me.

One thing i would have suggested is put something on the back or other side; Maybe another window or something. To me, it just looks a bit bare in terms of detail compared to the main angle. I absolutely love the texturing on it though. This is top-notch work.
