Competition #11 - Pacer

Reserving my spot here.

Right now i´m thinking more in the direction of a medieval building, something like a small church, blacksmith's shop, farm or windmill.... or maybe i´ll do an orc hut

so i´m calling dibs on all those ... just kidding

Good luck everybody

Humm, Corect me if I'm wrong, but didn't one hve to go with a specific theme, and even pick one of the buildingson the site to remodel? *got to read the rules thread again*

Ah, just saw they opened it to be free to model any theme. Anyways, now onto the crits

Well, the only things I can crit so far, would be that you could probobly lower the count on the bends of those smaller roofs. As they don't really bend that much, nor will they most likely be seen all too close.

Second is, that on the lower part on the building, you got some kind of supports on the wall. Those have from what I can see, absoutely no bend or arc form in the diagonal part, yet they got 2 lines splitting up that which could be 1 segment. And these places on the lower parts and underneath things will probobly not need as much attention as the upper ones. Same things for those parts who sticks out of the wall, not sure what one call em, I'm not really sure they'll need that many pollies.

and then the final. I think that it looks a bit odd for the upper room on the roof to stickout like that, maybe add some supports there as the ones you have on te bottom?

Well, ofc everything now looks a bit bent, and that's the style your after, but while lowering the count, you could add more depthto the diffuse or a normal if you use one later on, and then put more trs into details like modeled windows or such. Looks like a very nice style this far though, and think it's going to turn out well
