Right i have an idea, can i get some opinion on it people?
![]() I wanted to do an outhouse for summoning excrement (sp) demons, like the one seen in Dogma http://www.headinjurytheater.com/mturd%20dogma.jpg http://www.tokyopixel.no/c0in/upload...mon-709796.jpg was thinking for a undead army in like warcraft or something. Hows that sound, is that too far away from the rules and specs? |

I have a question
I'm making a sheep farm thing from AoE III. id like to have some sheep outside of it, they wont be a part of the building, the buildings function is creating them, so can i put that in and not count its polygons into my poly-total? because it would technically be a part of the background. |

This is the first time i am entering into a low-poly competition. I am not familiar with RTS games. I am a FPS fan. I am a little confused about the type of models acceptable for this competition. Can anybody give me an idea about what kind of model i can build. Some references will also help.

Some examples: 1 2 3 Basically, any building. Only big differences from FPS games are that the specs are generally lower and you have to keep in mind that faces that will only be seen from below aren't generally needed in RTS games (unless it's something like Company of Heroes where the player can stick his camera anywhere he wants )Hope that helps you. |

Well.... Homeworld is a RTS and those are buildings... so I'd say yes.
