Great challenge, I knew Stefan would win
.I am also quite dissapointed about the feedback, especially since my texture work was called "sloppy", so I was waiting on the judges to see if and how my texturing wasnt up to scratch and how I could improve on it. Alot of people worked very hard on these submissions so it is quite an anti-climax to not get any feedback (especially the people with the lower marks who need the feedback the most). I do understand that there were alot of entrees tho, maybe i could get some brief feedback in this thead? Also, as a suggestion, I think marking out of 10 would be better than out of 5 because you dont get much degree of acuracy when trying to differentiate one submission to the next. just my 2 cents. |

Very good competition, was quite hard to judge and it was very positive to see so many entry's
Good job everyone and congratulations to the winners!Edit: Just wanted to add something regarding whats been said about feedback. Personally I would have loved to write more in-depth feedback and cover all the entry's. The only problem with that is that it takes quite some time when you have to cover 35 entry's. I do agree with whats been said though and to me the current feedback about top entry's is more of a explanation to the high score and top positions rather than feedback on how to improve. Yeah, it kind of doesn't make sense that the top 5 people get the feedback, when the bottom 5 are the ones who probably need it the most. If you win, there's not a lot you need to do different
![]() I know from judging the speed modeling competitions that it takes a really long time to write feedback, especially when there are so many entries but I think it's definitely worth it. With a competition like this, where everything is so different and everyone could use different advice, it's not even hard to come up with good feedback. Time's really the only limiting factor. |

Congrats to the winners and anyone who is happy with their score!
Can't wait to see what the next one will be .
