it's really nice. What a great idea and execution!
crits: it think you should have added some cracked stones, debris a little hole or whatever where the spine is going in the stone. Right now it doesnt look completely believable. the heart should probably emphasized better. it's not the first thing that comes to my mind when I see this. "Hey this a pickup" I doesnt really recognize it as a heart could be a lung or whatever to me but I'm no doctor so plz bare with me ![]()

I don't think it'll work great in a game, but I stared at it so long that it's become very hard to keep perspective. the initial idea was something along the lines of a health reward for an fps rpg ('find the heart of the raven shaman to gain a health bar'), which would have made it a bit more obvious to in game. and as for the doctor part... I doubt even one of them would recognize this one. ![]()
