Export Collada from 3ds 2008 !!!

Hi folks!

I have a big problem with these format...COLLADA!

I need to export to collada format from max 2008.

The exported file gotta work with papervision, so the .dae format from max doesn't work.
I din't find any script that woks!

If you have any information of this it would be really apreciatted!
