3ds max problem

I've got a small problem with 3ds max 9 and im finding it hard to explain. When I move the view port around using arc rotate/pan view, etc tools, my model is replaced with some wire frame boxes. I'm thinking I accidentally hit a hot key to change it to that. Does anyone know how to fix this? It gets annoying.

EDIT: Read different post solved problem. It seems I hit the O key. So delete this topic.

I think the hotkey toggle for that is 'o'.
