K, here's mine.
60% of the time was spent modeling.
I mainly messed with extrudes and stuff, to have a high poly with lot's of depth. and i used a few floaters from my personal collection
(And from the Quake 4 floaters collection, you can find them of the official q4 wiki) to give some more detail to the normal map.
then i baked in xnormal and i quickly made (a bit rushed i confess, due to time) the diffuse and the specular.
I seriously hope the baking time doesn't count, cos even with my decent machine it took xnormal almost 40 minute to bake the normal map, AO map and height map with 4x AA! ;\ If baking time does count, then consider me disqualified...

Otherwise, i managed to make the texture in 90mins! It was a good exercise of speed.
My last works I did for fun were useful in this, cos I already had a established workflow, that way I knew exactly what I wanted and how to achieve it.

Although, on the texture sheets pic, I didn't included the height map for the parallax, since it's in the alpha map of the normal map, do i need to post it here as well? (it's just a black and white map with depth :P)
