To just get generic Anti-Aliasing in Maya outside of a render shot, crank up your Anti-Aliasing in your Nvidia Control Panel and make a specific profile for Maya.

Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3d Settings > Program Settings [tab] > Select a program to customize > Add [button] > C:\Program Files\Autodesk\yourMayaVersion\bin > maya.exe

Any you changes you make to the 3d settings are now application specific and will only apply to maya.exe. For a final screenshot, I'd crank everything to max as fps is not an issue for this.

You can change your global profile as well, but remember that will apply your AA settings to everything, which may be a bad thing. The best thing to do is make a specific profile for Maya.

If your ATI, that will be in the Catalyst Control Panel. Can't remember by heart how to make a profile for a game in ATI.

Cheers and good work!
