Is it to be set up like a Movie scene( ie, only worry about what the camera sees or would it be more like game cinematic where there is more of an interactive camera?)

Also, polycount restrictions? Or is this entirely up to whatever engine we choose to build for(ie Unreal, Cryengine...)
