Good stuff. Some things to think about for sure
Currently we go...
Model is built.
Model is sent to animator.
Animator animates it.
Animator removes unseen faces once we know which are safe to remove (our melee animations mean you often see a fair bit of the gun).
Optmised model is passed back to modeler.
Modeler unwraps and textures.
Unwrapped model is sent back to animator and is switched in with the original model.
