yes indeed. its to blurry. i did some eroded and broken concrete for CE2 too. but without a scultping pass.
just a lowpoly with a cryzybump normalmap plus some CE2 shader magic.
using several smoothing groups can add some nice roundings and sharp edges where needed too.
texture seams are along my edges which need to be sharp.
i unwrapped using pelt mapping and relax.
to let the iron poles stick out of the concrete in a nice way you can use splines with 3 sides and do a uvw-xform on the splines so theres no problem with the bendings. but im still seeking for a good wa to unwrap poles and cables in a fast and efficient way
