Alright, big update. Added a bunch of new features, such as a si map multiplier which makes the glow look more convincing (It's still not actuall glow, but it's the next best thing I think) , sharpen pass for the diffuse map, and a detail normal map.

@UnsteadyTeddy: yea, i've noticed that too. However, there are checkboxes for each input, so if you don't use it the shader uses a neutral value instead... Maps that are not being used should not cause any problem, normally.
