your website just confuses me. What is your goal? your site isn't tailored to anything its got videos, web design, graphic design. As far as impressing an employer with that site, it wont, just because of the sheer range of content. But if you just want something to display your work for now it does a good job.

For content, less really is more. You have so many little images no one wants to see, which take away from your better pieces.

And too much text.

oh and i looked at your resume... overkill. For someone who hasnt finished school i dont think you need a 2 page resume. one thing i have always been told about resumes is to keep them to one page unless you have been around forever and actually done a lot of stuff.
