i have to agree with Tiros. they layout is fine. but the color scheme is kinda wierd looking. I would go with a dark color scheme because it makes a better Matte for your work. If your going to go light then it should be really simple. you have blues and oranges and your banner has an almost yellow green. The pieces dont quite fit in my opinion.
i would lose the "latest work" and headline just separate your stuff by the type of work.
