Tiros: I'm afraid that I must respectfully disagree. I used Talon's portfolio as inspiration and he did a great job making it nice, bright, and clean (meaning simple). I also had a good look at yours, but I must admit that it was a little too dark for my taste.
Although I must admit that I might change the orange roll-over that I am using.
Gephoria: You might be correct, but what you are describing sounds more like a texturing artist. Anyway, like you said, it does vary from company to company.
