Lol, i like him, i agree with what Dime said though. My main crit is his eyes, they appear as if they are looking in two different directions (outwards perhaps) so may want to take a look and if you agree have a fiddle with them. Also his shoes seem way to shiney, it looks like they are supposed to be leather loafers perhaps, but the specular is so much that it almost looks like its part of the texture. Finally just a small one, but the ends of his shoes seem too sloping, i think they could look better if they were more "stubby" if you know what i mean.
Anyways, if he's done in your mind then he's done, but i think if you have a look at these minor points it could improve him a little
