sorry Addi I did the Statue of Liberty also

i assumed someone else would do it anyways.
Here is my model. 996 tri. I used all the time. I started with a Base mesh i made in 3ds max in less than 15 min. I Imported that into z brush with the intent of doing a quick sculpt and then re-topologizing. I realized that would take too long and was totally unnecessary. I ended up just polycrunching the mesh down and then tweaking some of the edges and cleaning the model up. then i aded the final bits like the torch and the platform.
