Personally, as a person without access to a nice new computer, your website is slow, and clunky. The actual design is nice, but I really don't like Flash websites as it makes it hard for people to save pictures of your work, and download your demo reels and such things. I couldn't even see your portfolio as it wouldn't load.
So not much to say about your work until I can view it.
