Nice. I'd go for an 'organic' look for the interior... With some transparent tubes and green stuff/liquide in them... and with bubbles in it

A countinuous liquide texture animation would look nice in a game. From the wire I can say that you have a lot of places to save polys so the tricount shouldn't be a problem at all. The weapon looks awsome and has a lot of detail, I don't think you need to add any more stuff to it.
