TheCorey - Sketchbook

Mill:



A bit of an older project. I was inspired by a mill from Age of Empires 3. It uses two 1024² maps. And it has some random specularity.

The Tall man:



This is my first character. He is a character from the John DeFoe quadrilogy. A set of games by Ben 'Yahtzee' Crosshaw. Games you should all play!

Anyway. He is still headless. When I get that bodypart done I will start optimizing him and then unwrapping.

A weapon I've made to test some highpoly modeling in Zbrush.

Been trying to use less photo's when texturing. For these I only used 1 or 2 photo textures:

got some ace stuff here, your street lamp is really inspiring to me as i was hoping to produce a similar design in my game project, great stuff will keep an eye on this thread you make me want to model more lol :P

nice wall . the concrete looks allot like copper now though. You might want to lower that specular a bit (it looks more like concrete/stone in max' viewport imo)

Btw, what kind of map are you working on?
