"The reason why i don't use the offset filter is that when you use the offset filter your image is merged together in 1 layer. I personnaly find it easier to just switch between layers, rather than making selections over and over again to work with dodge/burn. I could slice them up after i use the offset filter, but that wouldn't realy save time."
