Nobody? OK, then we'll go with 60 minutes.
Any entry that is over the 60min limit is not a valid entry.
Here is how I would do this: work on the model and when the time is up, if you feel like working on it another 10 minutes save what you have after the 60min in another file. You can show us what you did in 90min but you'll enter in the competition with what you had at 60min.
