Never heard of this problem, have you tried resetting/setting up a new scene?
Are you baking with mental ray? If so try scanline, mental ray render to texture is pretty much messed up.
Also try a reset xform, this often helps with all kind of weird things.
Your images are not working, you need to upload them to dropbox or something like that.
