Hi there Sjoerd,

I am publishing a monthly 3D magazine myself and have encountered this once before. I couldn't figure it out either WHY it was doing it but I simply created a new version of that PDF and it worked just fine then. Acrobat Reader or Pro opens it just fine. Preview won't open it at all.
