yup,

"Click init zbrush" -> "DefaultZscript" -> "Now you have a sphere reade to sculpt on."

I have no sphere and when i click it draws a square, or multiple. But i can change the color of the square which is really amazing.....

I probably installed it wrong or something because things seem to really bug, like weird popups and buttons i should be able to push but can't. But i did just a normal install, could not even choose a different map to put it into which sucks as i use a fast HD for my OS.
