Thanks dude, will sort that out for sure.

I got a decent idea from someone who saw my work at expotees, which was to add some tribal body paint. So when I do come back to this I'll play about with that.

Quick question to anyone who knows about rigging animals in max; what's the best way to rig an elephants ears? I used a ponytail for the trunk but they're not so good for the ears. I've gone for a quick fix with the morphers for the moment but would like to know how anyone else has/would tackle them.
