In regards to payment that is between Monochrome and those employed by Monochrome. I don't mind speculation but insinuation is much less professional.

I don't believe I have the ability to close this thread but have no issue leaving it open as we may have positions available later and I do keep applicants on record. I will however not post any details as to payment and if that's an issue will use paid advertising in the future instead.
