CanDo Interactive has a web based game engine that’s super easy to use. A while back, we had a vehicle competition on Polycount, and a few of us put our vehicles in the free trial engine. It’s definitely one of the easiest, fasting art-to-game engines I’ve ever worked with. I found it to be fantastic for quick testing purposes, but it’s far too limited to make an actual game for.
