I would be quite interested in a project like this, I don't think there would be anything that would prevent me from working on this in the future
I cant do concept art... but I specialize in modeling and texturing (not texture making) If you need a portfolio I can pull one together...
I have been working on 3d modeling for about 3 full years (feb starts year 4)
